Coming Home
Accepting that I'll live happier in a place, notwithstanding profuse negativity of the place itself, and profuse ignorance of psychosocial wellbeing; my moral compass. I seek the enrichment of self by way of healthy self-esteem and I seek the awareness of the same in others.
Seeing the gravity push water off of what feels like buoyancy rather than earth; witnessing a giant honu in the clouds diving into the moon with its mouth open wide. A large meteorite descends ahead its passing wake in the night sky, telling me I am home everywhere I go.
I shrug the proximal abandonment from one whom I innately love. knowing it could concern them less varying the day or mood circumventing a new version of self-rejection, subsequent shrewd remark. Not everything is brood today--not everything is stark.
I take a breath in while remembering the possible last days of an irreplaceable friendship. Again, humbled by knowing I have to accept it for what it is, and not what I want it to be. I breathe out.
